Nichtima graduated with an LL.M. in International Commercial Law with Arbitration Professional Skills, University of Aberdeen,
United Kingdom in 2017, and an LL.B. from Thammasat University in 2009. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and Notarial Services Attorney. Nichtima has successfully completed CEPAS Data Protection Officer (DPO) Training Course and
the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E)
